Another pound!?

I'd been worried that I wouldn't maintain my loss, so much so that I somehow managed to drop another pound! Wow. Now if I can do that again I'll have a bit of a buffer. I have 7.6 to my next goal now. I guess despite the miserable experience we had at Panera, the magic salad worked. Rosa gave me my Certificate today, and I had no worries about having to give it back!

I took back the dress I bought yesterday. Of all of my purchases, it was the only one that was too big. They didn't have it in a size 6 and after all the meetings and lunching and such, I just made the return. I'll probably hit Macy's again before the weekend sale is over. It feels good to have to return something because it's too big.
