Core Secrets
I did -.8 today. Not bad, not great, but better than expected based on my morning weigh-in. At 180.2 I have less than 9 lbs to my 100...so I'm pleased.
Next week I'm giving Core a shot. Just because it sounds interesting. So I've been checking things out on the Core Forum and there are a few confusing things, and a few things I was surprised to learn.
- According to Rosa, "healthy oils" are Core. According to the Core list, they are limited to 2t./day as Core. I'll jsut try to stick to the 2t a day to be on the safe side.
- According to Bess, you can count APs and use them the same way you do on Flex. So I can run in the morning and have a piece of bread for breakfast if I want.
- Apparently avocados are core. Guacamole here I come. (Unfortunately, even the multiest of multi-grain chips are not core, so I'll be eating that guac on something else. Black Beans and rice, perhaps?)
It seems like alot of people have good success with Core, so I'm hoping to see a jolt next week, and a couple more tabs come flying off. 8.4 to 100!
