I did it! I did it!
I dragged my lazy butt out of bed before 7am and ran in the morning before work. Heck of a way to start a day!
Actually, it did me more good than my French Roast. I felt good, the neighborhood smelled good, and I completed my Week 2 program without missing a beat. I used some of the things I learned at the Yoga for Runners workshop before and after, and the "breathing with intent" during. Overall, a good start to a new (hopefully) habit: morning workouts!
